SHOP STAFF
Tony Martins
Owner
Tony started working in the auto body industry in the mid-1960s. This family business was Martins’ Auto Centre, a quality paint, body and import parts center. He also has formal training and education in the field, attending a vocational technical school for four years, studying auto body repair and welding. Since then, he has completed accredited certification courses in the industry, including I-CAR, PPG, 3M, NACE and Car-O-Liner.
Not content with just repairing cars, he is active in the collector car community, including Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing, Austin Healey Club Rocky Mountain Region, and the MG Car Club Rocky Mountain Center. In 2008 and 2009, he was chairman of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Vintage Car Group.
Tony founded RCW out of his desire to provide top quality and independent auto body repairs and customizations customers can trust. He built a team of highly-skilled professionals to help make Rallye Coach Works the best option for your vehicle.
Geoff Chappell
Senior Technician
Tony and Geoff met as co-workers at a local Volvo dealer in 1992. Geoff worked as a master mechanic while Tony worked in the collision center. Geoff offered to help Tony build a 1964 Volvo P1800S as a vintage racer. The two ran the car for five seasons, doing very well, finishing in the top three positions often and first a few times. Tony and Geoff developed a friendship that’s lasted through the years.
Geoff was one of two technicians from North America to win an all-expenses paid trip to the Volvo factory and test track in Gothenburg, Sweden for his accomplishments on a technical skills test as part of a worldwide Volvo competition. This demonstrates Geoff’s intelligence and command of technical repair knowledge. In fact, the Volvo tech line would call Geoff on occasion to solve issues they couldn’t figure out.
Geoff left Volvo to help RCW grow. We lean on him for any mechanical challenges that come along. Geoff also assists with disassembly and assemble of vehicles. We are a better company because of him. Geoff has over 40 years of automotive experience.
Eric Lovett
Technician
Tony met Eric and his brother, Dell, in 1990 at a local dealership where they were trainees at the time. Now, both are part of the RCW family and work together as a team, like a fine-tuned machine. Have you ever wished there were two of you? Well this duo is as close as it gets.
After their training, the brothers worked on the line as A technicians in the Denver metro area for a variety of shops, many of them in big box store consolidator collision repair centers. Over the years Eric has fine-tuned his skills. The experience at different types of Denver auto body shops built up a library of valuable techniques he now uses at RCW.
After staying in touch through the years, Tony was pleased that RCW grew enough to add both Eric and Dell to the team. Eric is completely I-Car certified in all aspects of structural and non-structural repairs. The combination of training and relationships gives Eric an understanding for how to do each job with quality, service and putting customers as the number one priority.
Dell Lovett
Technician
Like his brother, Dell worked with Tony back in 1990 at a dealership as a trainee. The teamwork that Dell and Eric practice comes from their years of working in the automotive repair industry together. This team approach makes RCW run smoother.
Dell brings years of experience, including working on the line as an A technician in the Denver metro area for a variety of shops. Dell is completely I-Car certified in all aspects of structural and non-structural repairs. Dell understands the importance of customer service along with quality technical skills. We are delighted to have Dell as part of the RCW family.

Rich and Tony met around 1995 while working at a local Volvo, VW, Audi and Mazda dealership where Rich worked in the paint department. Tony noticed Rich paid close attention to detail in his paint work. His priority wasn’t how fast he could get the job done but the quality of the job instead.
When Tony started RCW, he knew Rich was vital to the new Denver auto body shop. In fact, Rich has been at RCW since the beginning. He is a trusted and dedicated member of the RCW family and bring over 35 years of painting experience.
